• Complete snow removal from driveway, sidewalks, walkways, and steps.

• 24-Hour Service Guarantee - Usually service provided within 12 hours (up to 24h depending on the weather conditions) of the end of each snowfall. Our route is started as soon as the snow stops falling. 

• EMERGENCY SERVICE: In the event of a snowfall lasting over 8-10 hours, emergency service will be performed on driveways only after the first 8-10 hours. This is necessary to avoid the risk of equipment failure, and to provide access to your home. The emergency service will be billed like any other regular service. Regular service within 12-24 hours after the end of snowfall will follow.
